Jacalyn Chua is Associate Director at APRW, with over a decade of communications experience across public affairs, corporate, fintech, travel and consumer lifestyle sectors. She has led integrated communications for nationwide campaigns, product launches, events and corporate reputation programmes, working with clients across the public sector, labour movement, co-operative and social enterprise sectors.

Her experience spans organisations including RedDoorz, MatchMove, NTUC Enterprise, NTUC, Singapore National Co-operative Federation, Concord New Energy and Christmas Wonderland. Her public sector experience includes national public education campaigns, as well as leading communications and media relations for the Republic of Singapore Air Force’s 55th anniversary. She was also part of the core communications team for Total Defence.

Passionate about storytelling and building purposeful connections, Jacalyn brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. She enjoys uncovering the human stories behind every brief and shaping them into messages that resonate and create lasting impact.

She is a graduate of Singapore Management University. Outside of work, Jacalyn enjoys exploring the arts, with a particular appreciation for the stories and perspectives they bring to life.
