All colleagues will have some flexibility to decide where they would like to work, whether at home; or at a location off-site within the city of which they are based. As each team works differently, the team leaders in-charge will decide as to when team members need to work from the office.

APRW’s support towards Singapore’s National Service and Total Defence is recognised through our accreditation with the NS Mark. We recognise and appreciate the skills acquired and values inculcated in our NSmen through National Service.
We actively support our NSmen to manage their National Service commitments. NSmen can request time-off of up to one hour before or after working hours for the purpose of training for their annual Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) or to prepare for In-Camp Training (ICT). They may also request time-off of up to half-day upon completion of ICT before returning back to work.

Senior Managers who have proven their mettle are presented with the coveted opportunity to join APRW’s team of owners-directors as part of the Director Mentorship Programme. They will start their journey to undergo training and eventually become owner-directors of the agency. This means that they are responsible for their own revenue, clients and team. A multi-mentor approach is implemented for candidates to receive guidance from other Directors. They will be introduced to a suite of hard and soft skills, and groomed into developing their own leadership style.
