Working At APRW

The success of APRW was built by many before us and will continue to be built hand-in-hand with every team member of APRW. We are excited to share with you what it is like to be working at APRW!

Three key values that we embrace at APRW:

We work in a happy and vibrant environment, surrounded by like-minded and driven colleagues.

We pursue excellence without fear, supported by passionate colleagues.

We acquire knowledge and experience, mentored by inspirational managers.

Flexible Work Arrangements

APRW offers flexible work arrangements to contribute towards a supportive and conducive work environment, enabling our team members to become more productive and achieve good work and personal outcomes. These arrangements are designed to aid team members in achieving work-life harmony.

All colleagues will have some flexibility to decide where they would like to work, whether at home; or at a location off-site within the city of which they are based. As each team works differently, the team leaders in-charge will decide as to when team members need to work from the office.

APRW Engage & Grow Programme

APRW places the professional development of our colleagues at the heart of what we do. Leveraging cloud technology, we have adopted a rigorous performance management system, encouraging constructive 360-degree feedback from teammates and team leaders to appraise and develop everyone to their fullest potential.

These reviews provide team members with valuable feedback from the people they work with and will help develop their competencies. The technology also helps APRW make better people decisions using real-time data. By applying a structured process, we aim to create a stronger feedback culture at APRW and provide an opportunity for everyone to learn and grow.

Supporting Singapore’s Total Defence Efforts

APRW’s support towards Singapore’s National Service and Total Defence is recognised through our accreditation with the NS Mark. We recognise and appreciate the skills acquired and values inculcated in our NSmen through National Service.

We actively support our NSmen to manage their National Service commitments. NSmen can request time-off of up to one hour before or after working hours for the purpose of training for their annual Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) or to prepare for In-Camp Training (ICT). They may also request time-off of up to half-day upon completion of ICT before returning back to work.

Work-life Harmony

APRW is committed towards supporting families by creating a family-friendly culture and promoting work-life harmony. From marriage leave, to flexi-benefit claims, to a room in the office that can be booked for lactating mothers, resting, or for prayers, we aim to create an environment that aids our colleagues to achieve both professional and personal goals in life.

To further support our colleagues’ needs at work and in life, APRW also sponsors NTUC Memberships for all employees based in Singapore.
